- Tell your teacher that your account has been deactivated and that the Distance Learning Lead at your program needs to reactivate it for you.
- If your teacher does not know who the Distance Learning Lead is, call the registration office phone number that you first called to sign up for classes in your program.

- You are using Essential Education for online learning.
- Your account has been deactivated.
- You need the Distance Learning Lead or the Program Manager to reactivate your account.
