Below are the steps you should take to have your Essential Education account reactivated:

 

  1. Tell your teacher that your account has been deactivated and that the Distance Learning Lead at your program needs to reactivate it for you.
  2. If your teacher does not know who the Distance Learning Lead is, call the registration office phone number that you first called to sign up for classes in your program.
  3. Tell them that
    1. You are a student in their program.
    2. You are using Essential Education for online learning.
    3. Your account has been deactivated.
    4. You need the Distance Learning Lead or the Program Manager to reactivate your account.
